We are pleased to welcome Frank Chishti who, in mid-May 2003, will join Clintondale Aviation as Aviation Manager for the Tengizchevroil project. Frank will be based in Atyrau and will work on rotation with Dave Eagleston.

Frank has 30 years experience as an aviation engineer and holds UK CAA and US FAA licences. During the course of his career, Frank has conducted airframe and power-plant maintenance on a spectrum of jet and turbo-prop aircraft for both corporate and airline companies, gained senior management experience in the UK, Middle East, Far East and West Indies and has been subject to the exacting standards of the Royal Flight for the United Arab Emirates.

For the last three years, Frank was an Engineering Safety Auditor for Wyvern Aviation Consulting UK Ltd., and during that time he conducted inspections of a wide range of aircraft and technical facilities, including those in the Former Soviet Union.
